El Lenovo Vibe X3 llega con una pantalla de 5.5 pulgadas con una resolución 1080p y trabaja con el Sistema Operativo Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Este móvil dispone de una gran potencia gracias al procesador Snapdragon 808 que dispone de seis núcleos a una velocidad de 1.8GHz , 3 GB de RAM y una tarjeta gráfica Qualcomm Adreno 418.
Almacena hasta 16, 32 o 64 GB de memoria interna, además de una ranura microSD para poder ampliarla.
Las capacidades multimedia se verán reforzadas aún más por su excelente cámara de 21 MP Sony de doble LED, así como sus 8 MP de la cámara frontal.
